Requirements
Responsibilities:
Front End Framework Development:
Lead the design and implementation of advanced front end frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and extendability.
Utilize React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to develop robust and flexible solutions that meet the platform's evolving needs.
Rapid Deployment and Enhancement:
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong aptitude to rapidly contribute to the core buildout of our mission-critical platform.
Work closely with the development team to drive continuous improvement and iteration of front end components.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into scalable and intuitive user interfaces.
Communicate ideas, solutions, and challenges clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
Front End Architecture and Best Practices:
Champion high-performance front end architecture and adherence to best practices.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
Ensure compatibility across major browsers and adherence to HTTP protocols, leveraging technologies such as Websockets for real-time communication.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JS ES6/7, ReactJS, Tailwind
Must-Have Qualifications:
Expertise:Â A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Front End development, with a deep understanding of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Financial Data Visualisation: Experience working with complex financial rich data, charting and advanced data visualisation libraries.
Technical Proficiency:Â Demonstrable expertise in crafting performant and scalable front end architectures, showcasing an advanced understanding of key technologies and best practices.
Collaboration Skills:Â Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Adaptability:Â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running to drive the buildout of mission-critical platforms.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience working in a startup environment and building SaaS from scratch.
Experience with investment platforms or fintech products.
