Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop the product platform, starting with a robust backend, scalable infrastructure, integration, automation, and an appealing front-end.
Build, manage, and lead the overall product development.
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality cross-product reference implementations and marketing use cases.
Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems and components.
Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for business analysis and reporting.
Drive technical initiatives, process improvements, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
Mentor and coach future team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in AI, software development, architecture, and engineering.\
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, Langchain, NoSQL, Neo4J, AWS/Azure.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript is a must, along with experience in additional programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, React, Angular, Node.js).
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, ideally on AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, graph-based, NoSQL databases, data warehouses).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Relevant certifications in data architecture and data management are a plus.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience working in a startup environment and building SaaS from scratch.
Experience building with ML, LLM, RAG
Experience with investment platforms or fintech products.
